⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Cool Auto Detailing! They did the paint protection film and ceramic coating on my Honda Civic, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work is amazing, and my car looks absolutely beautiful! Cassandra, the owner, was so incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She truly cares about her customers and takes pride in the work she does. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Cool Auto Detailing to anyone looking to protect and take care of their vehicle. If you’re considering PPF or ceramic coating, definitely give them a try—you won’t regret it! Thank you, Cassandra, for taking such great care of my Civic! ❤️

I had an excellent experience here. They did a truly thorough job restoring my vehicle inside and out, far beyond what I expected given the damage and wear. The headlights, leather, and overall condition look almost brand new. My grandfather, who owned the car before me, didn’t even recognize it when I showed him photos — that’s how dramatic the difference was. They had really great customer service the entire time my car was in there. The owner was very down to earth, and it really make me feel very comfortable. They were patient and flexible with my schedule, and I really appreciated that. Once I finally got the car in, they took great care of it. I’m genuinely happy with the results and would 100% recommend them. I definitely will be coming back for the future especially when i'm ready to get my car painted that I can afford it due to the side fender paint that has been fading for some time.

Buffed my headlight casings and got a ceramic coat for a great price! My 20 year old car looks brand new! Cassandra has a wonderful, clean auto shop. Arath did an amazing job with my headlights give that man a raise!

I had a lot more cleaning to do when I got home. They didn’t even clean the brake and gas pedal. I did it when I got home. I had to wipe down the dirt in the engine compartment. Rag shows how dirty the hood was where your fingers go to lift the hood open. Drivers mat and one rear seat mat had to be redone before I left. They were in the bake of the car drying and still dirty. Had to point out scuff marks, door panel dirt on every door to be gone over before we could accept the car. I can go on but who really cares. They didn’t.

Absolutely the best experience in service and expert advice from Cassandra and Shelby. I called to get prices and options on ceramic coatings for my brand new 2025 Audi Q5 black metallic SUV and was very impressed with the help I received. I took the vehicle in the next week and got the high end IGL ceramic coating applied and picked it up two days later. Awesome job!
